Formlabs Flexible 80A Resin is the stiffest soft-touch material in Formlabs' library of Flexible and Elastic Resins, with an 80A Shore durometer to simulate the flexibility of rubber or TPU. Balancing softness with strength, Flexible 80A Resin can withstand bending, flexing, and compression, even through repeated cycles.
The “80A” in the name represents the material’s Shore durometer. It offers more advanced mechanical properties and a new look. Available for Form 3 generation printers, and Form 2.
If you need a less stiff flexible material, try Formlabs Elastic 50A Resin.
Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns.
Post-curing is required.

*Data was obtained from parts 3D printed using Form 3, 100 μm, Flexible 80A settings, washed in Form Wash for 10 minutes and post-cured with Form Cure at 60 °C for 10 minutes.
**Tear testing was performed after 3 hours at 23 °C, using a Die C tear specimen directly printed.
